Kat Marenzi is a TEDx speaker, Realignment Guide & founder of theSpace.love, where she helps people come back to themselves through Somatic Energy Healing, Realignment Coaching, Heart Coherence & Integration Support.

From an early age, I felt called to ease suffering, uplift others & serve in a meaningful way. Over time, that calling deepened through lived experience ~ leadership, reinvention, loss, resilience & ultimately, unmasking.

My TEDx talk grew out of one of the most revealing moments of my life. After hiding my hair loss for 23 years, revealing it on the TEDx stage became a profound act of unmasking. What I had once carried in silence became a source of freedom, truth & deeper self-acceptance.

That moment clarified the heart of my work: helping people release what they’ve been carrying, soften the exhaustion of performance & return to a more honest, coherent relationship with themselves.

Before theSpace.love, I spent 25+ years in high-pressure automotive leadership, with roots in mechanical engineering, industrial environments & the world of performance, precision and pressure.

That path taught me how systems work.

Today, I bring that same lens to the human system ~ helping clients recognize old patterns, regulate the nervous system, reconnect with their truth & come back to the body, heart and inner knowing they may have learned to override.

My work is grounded, intuitive, practical & deeply human.

Healing is not something done to you.
