JOY FEST LA ~ AN UNMASQUERADE

Joy Fest LA began as the living extension of my TEDx talk on Unmasking ~ and is now evolving into a broader conversation on Regenerative Living.

The inaugural Joy Fest LA was inspired by the resonance of my TEDx journey: the courage to remove the masks we wear, return to authenticity, and remember who we are beneath pressure, performance, and expectation.

Held in Venice through theSpace.love, this first gathering brought together storytelling, somatic practices, heart coherence, nourishing food, live music, movement, and embodied celebration. It was created as a space for people to release pressure, reconnect with presence, and experience joy as something felt in the body.

The next iteration of Joy Fest LA is expanding through the larger field of TEDx Pacific Avenue, where powerful voices and conversations around Regenerative Living were already alive ~ from conscious food systems and organic farming to plant-forward nourishment, healthy living, cooperative community, and more sustainable ways of being.

Joy Fest LA is becoming a living bridge between personal unmasking and collective regeneration.
