Short Bio: The Katalyst
Kat Marenzi is a TEDx speaker, transformation guide, and the founder of theSpace.love, a sanctuary for personal and spiritual growth. With a dual background in mechanical engineering and high-stakes automotive leadership—spanning GM Cadillac to Aston Martin—Kat spent two decades navigating the "steel mill" world of performance and precision. After a "Holy Unraveling" involving profound personal loss and health crises, she transitioned from the "dealership to the healership." Today, she blends somatic intelligence with her "badass healer" grit to help leaders unmask their true selves and find alignment over performance.
Medium Bio: From Dealership to Healership
Kat Marenzi is an alchemist of human potential, bridging the gap between industrial-strength resilience and ethereal spiritual growth. Her journey began in the welding labs of Purdue University and the steel mills of Gary, Indiana, eventually propelling her into a powerhouse career as a Finance Director and leader for brands like Cadillac and Aston Martin.
For twenty years, Kat mastered the mechanics of automotive excellence and human-centered leadership. However, a series of life-altering events—divorce, illness, and a literal "unmasking"—forced a radical reinvention. This "Holy Unraveling" stripped away her corporate identity, leading her to discover that alignment is far more powerful than performance.
As the founder of theSpace.love, Kat now utilizes her engineering precision to help others navigate their own transformations. A TEDx speaker whose talk "Unmasking" resonates with anyone surviving a life transition, she serves as a guide for those moving from a "high-noise" existence to a life of courage, grace, and somatic intelligence.

The Foundation of Grit and Grace
Kat Marenzi’s story is a study in paradox. Born to Greek and Cypriot immigrants in the steel-mill heart of Gary, Indiana, she was raised on a diet of hard work, integrity, and faith. Her affinity for mechanics was sealed early: as a college student at Purdue, she represented Phi Mu as "Miss Maui" in the Grand Prix go-kart race, finishing as first runner-up. It was a foreshadowing of a life lived in the fast lane, but one always anchored by the "inquisitive integrity" she cited in her very first GM interview.
The Industrial Path
Kat didn’t just work in business; she was in the trenches. From supervising 28 men in automotive machining to navigating the high-pressure world of aerospace with Boeing and Gulfstream, she carried a rare blend of engineering precision and human-centered leadership. Her career reached the pinnacle of the automotive world, moving from Cadillac—where she famously visited the design studios of Torino—to the luxury heights of Aston Martin. She wasn’t just selling cars; she was architecting dreams.
The Holy Unraveling
Success, however, was only half the story. Behind the scenes, the "performance trap" began to take its toll. A grueling 15-year commute on the 405 freeway, combined with the weight of being a full-time caregiver for a sick spouse, financial strain, and personal health crises, led to what Kat calls her "Holy Unraveling." The mask of the high-achieving executive finally shattered during a traumatic assault where her wig—worn to cover stress-induced hair loss—flew off. In that moment of ultimate vulnerability, she found her ultimate safety. She realized that the "editing of the self" required by the corporate world was no longer a price she was willing to pay.
A New Sanctuary: theSpace.love
Today, Kat has transmuted that "heavy" industrial energy into the "light" world of soul work. As the founder of theSpace.love, she has traded "dealerships for healerships." Based in California, her practice is a bridge for successful individuals who feel they are "unraveling" in private. She uses tools ranging from Bio-Energy healing and Ho’oponopono to somatic intelligence, helping high-performers regulate their nervous systems and remember who they were before the world told them who to be.
The Message
A TEDx speaker and a mother of two, Kat stands as a testament to the power of reinvention. Whether she is leading a "90-Minute Reset" for a corporate team or guiding a deep "Soul Remembrance" session, her mission remains the same: to prove that alignment is the only true medicine. Kat Marenzi is the Alchemist, showing us all how to turn the "molten steel" of our hardest trials into the "sheet metal" of a transformed life.

Life is full of twists and turns, and mine began uniquely. As a college student, I proudly represented Phi Mu as “Miss Maui” in Purdue University’s Grand Prix ~ a 160-lap, 50-mile go-kart race known as “The Greatest Spectacle in College Racing.” Finishing first runner-up was more than just a proud moment ~ it foreshadowed my future ~ a flourishing career in the automotive industry.
My journey is deeply rooted in my parents’ love story. My father, from Cyprus, and my mother, from Greece, met at a Greek dance in Gary, Indiana. It was love at first sight ~ my mom’s first and only date! Happily married for 46 years, they instilled values of hard work, faith, and resilience.
