UNMASKING
Moving Beyond Performance to Realignment
Many organizations believe high performance requires constant composure, perfection, and self-editing. That invisible pressure is quietly draining leaders, weakening trust, and fueling burnout beneath the surface.
In UNMASKING: Moving Beyond Performance to Realignment, Kat Marenzi challenges this outdated model with a bold truth: the mask may help you succeed for a season, but it will eventually cost you your clarity, creativity, and connection.
Drawing from her TEDx experience — where a literal and metaphorical unmasking transformed her relationship with fear, judgment, and power — Kat reveals the hidden tax of performance culture and offers a grounded path back to authentic leadership.
Through a powerful blend of story, nervous-system insight, and practical realignment tools, audiences learn how to move beyond persona, create psychological safety, and build cultures where people can think clearly, communicate honestly, and perform without abandoning themselves.
Because when people stop performing and start realigning, leadership becomes more human ~ and far more powerful.

Richard Greene’s Public Speaking at
The KINN
Before I stepped onto a TEDx stage, I stood inside a smaller room at The KINN ~ learning to speak from the place I had spent years protecting.
That course with Richard Greene became more than public speaking training. It became the moment my voice stopped trying to sound ready and started becoming true.
What emerged there became the seed of my TEDx talk, Stop Masking ~ a message about authenticity, self-abandonment, and the courage to be seen without performing strength.
Speaking, for me, is where lived experience becomes medicine.
The KINN Talks
Before TEDx, there was The KINN Talks.
Inside Richard Greene’s public speaking course at The KINN, I stood alongside a cohort of courageous voices ~ each of us speaking from the heart about what truly mattered to us.
That is where I found my voice.
What began as a room of people practicing public speaking became something much deeper: a threshold. A spark. An activation.
The KINN Talks became the place where my TEDx message first took breath ~ and where I began to understand that speaking is not performance.
It is transmission.
